IFF stand - WPC 2024

Ode to the 5 senses

Awakening the senses

IFF unveiled its latest olfactory creations and natural ingredients at the WPC - World Perfumery Congress 2024 at Geneva Palexpofrom 24 to 27 June 2024.

As an international leader in perfumery, IFF combines science and creativity to create the fragrances of tomorrow, based on high-quality natural ingredients presented by LMR.

Our Event experts created an innovative, eco-designed, multi-sensorial stand covering 135 m², offering visitors a truly synesthetic experience.

Expectations

IFF entrusted us with the design of this vast stand, which was intended to reflect both innovation and sustainability.

Visitors were invited to follow an original route:

The SOUND&SCENT immersive space: a sensory booth developed in partnership with Ircam amplify plunged them into a unique world of graphics, sounds and smells.

An interactive area showed them how to create an eco-responsible perfume.

The heart of the stand was the tree of emotions made by our carpenters. A poetic interactive installation 3 m high and 6 m in diameter, on which each visitor was invited to hang the emotion and colour evoked by a fragrance.

For this superb project, we opted for sustainable materials.

We recommended a stand structure made of modular, reusable aluminium frames, covered with large panels of recycled honeycomb cardboard printed and cut in our workshops.

To present the different areas, we also created custom-made signage elements in cardboard. We selected panels that were thick and strong enough to add volume, but also suitable for chiselling to create the LMR logo in calligraphy.

The reception counter, display units and shelves were made from panels of recycled plastic waste, clad in honeycomb cardboard slats. For the lounge area, we naturally selected modular furniture made in France from recycled paper.

Our digital signage experts supplied and installed a giant 5 m high LED screen to broadcast the brand's universe and ensure maximum visibility for IFF.
