Innovation in the spotlight. 

L'Hotel Martinez in Cannes hosted a major event organised by Viva Esprit for one of its high-profile customers. The event brought together a large number of employees from all sectors to highlight the technological advances linked to AI. 

Setting course for innovation!

The theme? Cinema, providing an immersive and captivating setting for showcasing these technological innovations. The unique atmosphere immersed participants in a unique experience, combining inspiration and innovation.

Expectations

To make this event an immersive experience, we mobilised all our expertise and resources with a 360° approach, involving our digital signage, print and event teams. Every detail and every space was thought through, designed and installed to create an environment that was functional, aesthetic and captivating.

Signage and print were at the heart of the transformation of the venue. From the reception area to the conference areas, each zone was dressed up with meticulous visual support, with 27 Roll-Up displays and 8 Fabric System structures (aluminium systems designed to stretch and hold large tarpaulins) specially created to blend harmoniously into the event's surroundings. In terms of set design, our teams redoubled their creativity to create a spectacular stage. An 8-metre long control room cover made of modular aluminium frames was installed to ensure that the technical area was perfectly integrated, while baffles were installed in the backstage area to ensure fluid organisation. Finally, the choice of a red carpet to cover the stage reinforced the cinematic atmosphere and visually marked this space, the central element of the event.

Video and audio played a crucial role in immersing participants and ensuring a flawless technical workflow. The installation of an imposing indoor LED screen measuring 10 metres by 3.5 metres provided exceptional image quality, perfect for presentations, videos and animations. At the same time, an advanced sound system, including state-of-the-art Fohnn loudspeakers and 21 wireless HF microphones, ensured optimum acoustics in all areas. Two robotic cameras and a graphic mixer ensured smooth, controlled broadcasting of content, while special equipment was deployed in the sub-commission rooms and during the gala evenings.

The highlight of the event? The gala evenings, particularly on the Martinez beach, where our audiovisual installations enhanced the festive and convivial atmosphere.

In short, this operation represented an ambitious technical and logistical challenge, which was brilliantly met thanks to the commitment of our teams and our expertise in event solutions. The Hôtel Martinez was transformed into a space combining innovation and elegance, where every detail was designed to offer participants an unforgettable experience.
