CSR

A humanist vision

At Exhibit Group, it's people who set the pace. Fun, trust, collective intelligence... a living dynamic, driven by all those who make the project happen every day.

Giving meaning is our driving force. Every day, we move forward guided by strong values and a sincere desire to do things differently. More than a company on the move, Exhibit Group is proud of its DNA as a humanist SME - free, committed, deeply alive.

Shared governance

Since 2015, Exhibit Group has not hesitated to reinvent its governance principles by opting for cross-functional management instead of a pyramidal organisation that had become too archaic.

By adopting a cross-functional approach, the Group has given itself the means to optimise motivation, commitment, the pleasure of taking responsibility, confidence and well-being for all, while at the same time making exchanges between everyone more fluid and breaking down hierarchical barriers.

Collective intelligence

At Exhibit Group, we firmly believe in the power of collective intelligence as a lever for sustainable transformation. Alone we go faster, together we go further. Our strength lies in the diversity of our talents and their personalities.

Management with a difference

Building the future together. Each employee is a key player in the organisation of the group and gives meaning to his or her activity. By creating positive feedback loops between the growth of individuals and the growth of the group, human potential is awakened and creativity follows.

What drives us is to create a company where everyone uses their reason, in the philosophical sense of the term, knows how to make a decision and feels proud and valued in their daily lives. It's about making the workplace a place where individual talents can be expressed. It means opening up dialogue and communication so that we don't miss out on brilliant ideas. It's about building resilience by offering a range of opportunities that school cannot provide.

Promoting diversity

The plural as singularity. Exhibit Group is committed to promoting equality between men and women and to taking particular care to prevent any differentiation in salaries, recruitment and career management.

We open all our jobs to people with disabilities, with tailor-made support to ensure successful and lasting integration.

Exhibit Group promotes the integration of people with disabilities through partnerships with Cap Emploi, Agefiph and specialist associations. This includes the recruitment and theworkstation designThis includes the presence of a sign language interpreter if required.
