Tribute to a free and daring actress
Forty years after the death of Romy Schneider, the Cinémathèque de Paris retraces the life of the artist in an exhibition running until 31 July 2022.
This retrospective highlights the career of this 16-year-old Austrian, who took her destiny as an actress into her own hands and, throughout her career, went where she wasn't expected, always surprising, reinventing herself and surrounding herself with the greatest.
There are many film stills, letters and a few objects.
The Cinémathèque called on Volume Agencement to design the entire exhibition.
Expectations
To showcase the works on display, we built and installed all the decorations designed by Perrine Villemur, Antoine Fontaine and Christian Marti: picture rails, podiums, false windows, wall panels, made-to-measure canopy structure, benches and carpet discs.
In keeping with our eco-responsible approach, the plywood panels with a solid pine frame will be reused for future exhibitions.
