Exhibit Group is engaged in a shared vision approach.

Inspired by the Méryem Le Saget & Michael Doyle's visioning method, Our approach is based on a conviction: a fair vision can only be built by integrating all perspectives within an ecosystem.

This process is designed as a spiral where Vision and action advance simultaneously..

Our aim is to co-construct a shared vision with a horizon 2036, involving all of our employees, but also a representative sample of external stakeholders. Together, we will build our future from January 2026 to February 2027.

How does it work?

This method will involve 4 circles of responsibility around 5 working themes during a 7-step process.

Every circle, every theme, every step is designed so that the vision does not remain an exercise in leadership but becomes a project supported by everyone.

4 circles of responsibility

  • Vision : Members of the executive team driving the group's strategy
  • Scouts 5 thematic trinomials
  • Living forces all employees
  • Allies External stakeholders: clients, agencies, partners, institutions, suppliers, subcontractors.

5 themes

Commerce

Who are our customers today and who will they be tomorrow? What image do we have externally? What kind of relationships do we want to maintain with our ecosystem?

Customer listening and understanding their way of reasoning, living and consuming is at the heart of this theme.

Planet

What are the underlying trends likely to affect our business long-term? Are there any threats to anticipate, strategic positions to explore, or opportunities to seize?

The exploration should be as broad and as deep as possible.

Industry

How should our production tools, processes, and industrial organisation evolve to meet the demands of tomorrow?

Quality, deadlines, flexibility, environmental footprint: what balances should be aimed for?

Human

Who are we today? What are our strengths, our weaknesses, our particularities? What is the contribution we wish to make in a unique way to our clients, our environment, our partners?

The vision is about what the company and its people dare to imagine when they are driven by a Ideal fort.

New technologies

What technical revolutions will transform our profession?

We need to imagine the innovations that are likely to change how we work, produce, and Serve our clients.
